The thing that is overlooked by this kind of message, is that cancer needs blood glucose to live and grow. So while there may be carsinogenic chemicals in cooked meat, there are carsinogenic chemicals everywhere but the body has mecanisims to kill off cells that become carsinogenic. However, the typical high blood glucose levels that the traditional American (as well as others) diet causes the cancer to grow beyound the bodies ability to kill it off.
