sounds good, I ate a lot of burgers at first, too, the fat in them will help you feel full, and the salad at lunch is a good idea.

Looks like 'legal' choices to me, but you might find you get a bit fed up with burgers after a while!
Make sure you check the ingredients on the caesar dressing bottle (if it is a bought one) to make sure it has no sugar added.

There are two label sections you need to look at:
Firstly the ingredients list and secondly the nutrition information.
Ingredients List
This one is one I found online for
Fiber One Chewy Bars - Oats and Chocolate Flavour.
You need to check the list for things like sugar/dextrose/high fructose corn syrup and all the other aka's for sugar as well as for ingredients that you are not allowing yourself because of whichever phase of Atkins you are at.
So if on induction only ingredients listed on the allowed induction foods list can be on the list to make the food 'legal' for induction.
Looking at this label you can see many non-induction ingredients, so this product would not be allowed on induction even if it had no sugar in it.

Nutrition Label
This shows how many calories/fat/carbs/fibre/protein/sodium etc in 100 grams/mls and sometimes in one serving if that is different.
Labels from non-UK products might only list the numbers 'per serving', and if the serving is small (1 teaspoon perhaps) and it contains less than 0.5 carbs in that small amount they are allowed to say it has zero carbs, which can mean if you eat several servings-worth you might be eating more carbs than you think. :(
You need to look at the carbohydrates in the product to make sure you dont go over your daily carb limit.
Note that in UK and many other countries outside USA fibre is not counted as a carb, so we do not have to deduct fibre counts from the total carbs to get the net carb number - it has already been done in effect.
The clue to whether the fibre carbs need deducting to get net carbs is in the spelling (fibre - uk spelling : fiber - US spelling) as well as the position in the label. In US labels the fibER is listed among the Carbohydrate section of the label instead of lower down the label in its own section.

Whow! 7 beef burgers in one day! OMG, that is far too much. I do hope they are real tiny portions.
Don't forget the fat content in those burgers and just how much bad fat beef contains. Don't forget that although meet and fat is allowed on Atkins, and you can use it liberaly, liberally doesn;t mean limitless. The fat is still fat, and it will amount to the calorie intake total. Dr Atkins said (p143) "Although there is no need to count calories, they do matter. Gaining weight results from taking in more calories then you expend...This does not give you a licence to gorge."
Please use the free www.fitday.com to enter all the foods eaten, so that you can see where you vaguelly stand with your intakes.
Also for your general health, make sure that you use your vegetable intake to the max daily. They are your mainly source of vitamins and minerals.
2.Try includinng fish into one of your meals, as they contain good fats.
3. Try having a meatless breakfast with eggs and cheese for example.Eggs are also full of vitamins and minerals.
4. Try replacing bad fats with good fats wherever possible. So get rid of vegetable oil(bad fats), and start using olive oil(good fats). Eat less regular meat (bad fat)and more fish(good fat)
5. Don;t forget that: "Most of your 20g carbs need to come from salad and veggies".

Gee1, fats are beneficial. If I were you, I'd read up on the health benefits of high-fat low-carbing.

If I were you, I'd read Dr Atkins' book, before gorging on 7 burgers a day.

mmm, didn't say I'd eat 7 burgers a day, but have YOU read something other than the Atkins new books?
I've been an Atkinser since 72. YOU?

My typical menu, during a typical Atkin's 72 week:
B: 2 slices of bologna or 10 slices of pepperoni.
L: Small salad w/ portion of meat.
S: Cheese
D: Hamburger, chicken, or steak w/ veggie with lots of butter!
Meat it up sista! Fat it up too!
Oh, and by the way...dropped my cholesterol 51 points in 6 months eating that way!

Gee, Dr. Atkins tells you not to limit yourself during induction. The purpose is to get into ketosis. The amount of fat shouldn't even be considered at this stage in the OP's diet. Besides, the OP's weight is high enough to support a lot of calories and still lose.

That's pretty judgemental, don't you think?

I've read 2 Atkins books and he said eat as much meat as you want during induction.

Dr Atkins stated that so long as one is hungry and eats to hunger only, then eat!
He didn't say, "as long as it isn't 7 burgers".
I think we sometimes look at what society deems as healthy when society is horking down boxes of Special K with chocolate milk.
Beef is healthy! Beef combined with copious amounts of refined starches isn't.
