Hi everyone, this is my 3rd day on the Atkins diet!! SO far so good. i dont feel like im missing out. BUT my question is in Morrisons i found this smoked Original Cooked Sausage by Matthewsons. I checked the carbohydrate content and it said 0g per 100g, Would this be allowed and could i eat this everyday for breakfast????

I cant see why not. Sausage is meat and fat, with a touch of spices and possibly a filler. Just keep your portions small. There is likely some residual carbs, so if you are a counter, count it as 1 at a minimum.
