I just ordered and tried some Shirataki noodles. I loved them and will be eating them on a regular basis. They do have an odd odour before you rinse them, but it disappears. They are really great with a stir fry! I got mine through the Low Carb Grocery in Toronto.

You definitely have to rinse them, but once you do and top them with a sauce they really fill that void. If you havent tried them it is well worth looking into.
