just wondering anyone has ever used one of these before?

i saw it on a shopping channel for £40 so looked on ebay and they have for £10 so got one just now.

just wondering if anyone has any comments on it?

i have an ab cruncher but i can never be bothered having to get it out from under my bed and asembling it so this seemed a lot easier. and according to the tv lol its better than normal ab crunches.
