I have been low-carbing under doctor's orders for almost 3 weeks now, but this past saturday night I became very sick (definitely my own fault--too much vodka, and I won't make that mistake again!). Since then, I have been chronically nauseous and I need suggestions of what I can take or eat that might make me feel better. All the things I would normally eat when nauseous are full of carbs--crackers, toast, etc. Any suggestions??

Try some peppermint tea - it's always been helpful for things like tummy upsets and nausea. A couple of good strong mugs will do the trick.

My favourite peppermint tea (that I can get in a regular grocery store) is this one:

Also - maybe some diet gingerale? That might help a bit too.

Hope you feel better soon.
