Just wondering what are the signs? Is there a test for it that I cand do? Or do you have to go to a doctor? I have frequent yeast infections and some bloating and gas, but not super horrible or anything. I have been perfect on induction and lost only about 4 pounds. I am on week 3 and have been in Ketosis the entire time, so I really thought I would have lost more by now. I have about 30 pounds to lose total. I am thinking this yeast thing might be a culprit. Any help would be appreciated.
