Who packages a vita-nutrient supplement that conforms to Atkins formulation suggested in his book "Age-Defying Diet Revolution" entitled "Basic Nutrition Vitamin/Mineral Formula"?
I have tried Life Extension Foundation, GNC and the Atkins website. No apparent success. Any ideas?
ALSO... this book seems great, but it is 7 years old. Has any of this been refuted by subsequent discoveries, studies etc.?

I take a mix of my own, and LEF products play a big role in it. I haven't worried about trying to hit his suggested levels on the nose.
"Refuted" is a hard word when it comes to studying nutrition; there's no money in it and vastly too many variables to manage in a controlled way. I have taken the approach that I'm in a one-rat study and the only thing that matters is how it affects this particular rat. And I may not know the real outcome for another 30 years, should I live that long.
Good luck.
