If you are following the South Beach Diet, you do not want to be eating/buying low carb bread products. :nono:

We eat whole foods...as close to their whole form as possible...so whole grain bread is what you need to find at your local grocery.

I am an abuser of flour so even whole grain flour is a problem for me. I eat it rarely as a treat.....

If you are not follwoing SB, then I'm sorry I answered!! :o

I've bought products from Low Carb You (locarbu.com). I'd recommend them - good selection and prompt delivery with my orders.
