Hi can someone pease tell me how do you calculate the carbs for 100gr thorntons diabetic toffee (vanilla) i think i a falling in love with them :help:

The diabetic toffee is sweetened with sugar alcohols. I count the carbs in sugar alcohols, because they don't cause me intestinal distress. Some people deduct the carbs in sugar alcohols, and other people count only a certain portion of the carbs. It's up to you how you choose to do it.
