I found this in a low carb fast food book and confirmed it on Church's Chicken website. Their original reciepe chicken breast only has 3 carbs.

Strangely engough smaller pieces like thighs and wings have considerbly more carbs.

(2) Original reciepe breast and (2) jalapenos meal at only 8 carbs. Count me in! :thup:

Yep! Thanks for heads up! It's actually better than what you said!

breast = 3 gm carb, 1 gm fiber, 2 gm net carb
jalapeno = 2 gm carb, 1 gm fiber, 1 gm net carb
greens = 5 gm carb, 2 gm fiber, 3 gm net carb

2 breasts = 4 net carb
3 jalapenos = 3 net carb
1 greens = 3 net carb
total = 10 net carbs

Yaah!

Even better! Looks like lunch is at Church's 2 or 3 times a week.

I'm ok with that.

Just an FYI, but if you make your own fried chicken by shaking dry chicken pieces in a bag with flour and knocking off the excess you get 1 - 2 g carbs per piece.

For me this is more for a Mon-Fri lunch plan. Plus, I really like fried chicken breast. I'll take the extra 2 to 4 carbs on this one.
