Great forum everyone.
Thought I'd pass along an awesome find while shopping my local Kroger's last week. Kroger's Carb Master Yogurt! Flavors include strawberry, peach, and blueberry (or was it blackberry) Best part is it's only has 3 net carbs. I like mine with a little sprinkle of All Bran cereal! :)

I hope others ring in, that would be something I would like to eat for breakfast. Only dairy I do now is cheese.

Seems perfectly plausible to me. What's the serving size?
If you like bran on top, you might want to switch from All Bran to plain wheat bran. All Bran has a good whack of high-fructose corn syrup added to it. :( The plain stuff should be a lot cheaper, too.

I really like the vanilla flavor. I usually just go by what the carton says for carb counts, but it does have a lot of fillers that are pure carbs - corn starch.

I have been using this for years. I even emailed Krogers thanking them for putting this on the market. Bryers has another low carb yogurt and the Greek style yogurt at Trader Joes and Whole Foods Market is very good. Yogurt begins as low carb. Then a company will decide that it will "improve" our health by making crazy lowfat changes.

I do like yogurt. We don't have Krogers. The only LC brand I could find in regular grocery stores was Blu Bunny Sweet Freedom, but one by one, all stores around here have dropped carrying it. The shelves are filled with low and no-fat carbage.
Hope Trader Joe's doesn't discontinue their greek yogurt, (or mess with the ingredients) - it's all that's left here.

Those are good. Unfortunately the local Ralph's stores in this area that carried them closed.

See, they should have never went on strike...they shot themselves in the foot. But Bryers has a very good low carb yogurt. If your local grocers doesn't carry it, you should request it.

It's possible they don't make it anymore. I have been using Krogers and/or Raplph's brand for the past year or so.

I haven't bought yogurt for awhile, I'll have to see if my Kroger's (my fave store and close to me) still has the low carb. I've bought it in the past and it is delicious, especially the vanilla *Yum*
Seems to me that the "low carb craze" has gone with the wind and stores just aren't carrying specifically low carb items like before. Fat-free is still it. Grrr.

Interesting. Haven't seen the Breyer's Yogurt around here.
But I did notice that both Lucky and Safeway just started carrying the Weight Watchers Yogurt that was formerly only available at Nob Hill Foods and the Wal Mart Superstores!
Good news, indeed.
In fact, this week the WW Yogurt is on sale at both Lucky and Safeway thru Tuesday.
