When it comes to concerns about cholesterol, many get the
misconception that only those who are obese are prone to
health problems. That couldn't be further from the truth.
People of all ages and sizes should recognize the risks
involved with the health and food choices they make each day.

I have written this before but it fits here. A very thin
friend was sitting across from me at a picnic eating all the
sugary fatty things I was being careful to avoid. I told her I
envied her because she remained thin while eating all the
stuff I was not. She said her mother was like that. She could
and did eat anything she wanted and remained thin. I asked how
old her mother was. She said her mom had died of a heart
attack at the age of 54.
Being thin is no quarantee of good health if what you are
eating is occluding your arteries.
