Are the Adkins tapes worth it?

Do they contain any new info that is not in the book?

It was pretty neat to hear from the Doctor himself. But the tapes are pretty basic and only about 20 minutes per tape. I recently got the Atkins audio tapes as my wife is not a big fan of reading a diet book. The audio tape is quite nice to listen to. In the car i get to hear about 20 - 30 minutes a day.

Only 20 minutes each!! Boy I would have been upset if I bought them and they were only 20 minutes each.

How long are the audio tapes? Are they right from the book? They sound like they may be good for me as I drive about 2 - 3 hrs a day. Even if they are not new info it may be a good reinforcement for me.
