If anyone has any information on the people selling Pure Liquid Sweetness I would like to hear it. I purchased this when the Sweetzfree window was closed. Mistake!

On 10/15/2007 I ordered the product and paid via Paypal. On 10/19 I received a notice from Paypal Shipping that the order would ship through US Postal service with a tracking number. The tracking order never showed the package as being submitted.

On 11/06 I received an email indicating there had been a mistake in shipping and that the product would be shipped. Today I sent email asking where the order is and are they planning to issue a refund.

If anyone has had a positive or negative experience please let me know. I will post about the response I get. I agree that honest mistakes do happen, but think enough time has passed to let people who might be potential customers know that there has been a problem with my order. I am hoping to be able to report that the issue has been resolved soon.

Nope. I tried PLS for the same reason (order window). It took 3 weeks to arrive.

Sweetsfreez takes 4 days.

I ordered mine on the 6th of this month, received the Paypal shopping notice, but haven't gotten it yet. I've ordered it from them before, and it's always taken a few weeks. I'm going to email them ASAP--and never order from them again.

Sweetsfreez takes 4 days.

Sweetzfree took a week this to get here for me this past month.

So, after asking to have the order shipped and getting no response I sent an email stating that I wanted my money refunded through Paypal or that I would be contacting Paypal, the local police, and the internet service provider hosting the email account to report fraud and theft.

Today I got a refund, and a request not to order from her again because she doesn't want to do business with people like me who make threats. As if! Also an excuse was offered -- I was gone for the holidays. Apparently those holidays started around October 15...

I placed an order on 11/27 and haven't received it as of 12/15. So I sent an e-mail inquiring as to its whereabouts on 12/12. No response to that, so I sent another e-mail today (12/15) asking again, and requesting a refund if it hasn't already been shipped. I ordered it to use in some Christmas cooking, but at this point I think I'm going to have to use an alternative :-/

It looks like that place is a farily small place.

This is a multi-million dollar company so no worries about getting the run around or not getting the order so it would seem.

I ended up ordering from another company... I still haven't heard back from the folks at PLS, and I finally filed a dispute with PayPal on Wednesday. They haven't responded to it yet, so it looks like I'll have to escalate the dispute to get my money back. Very unfortunate.
