Hi, I'm new. I basically joined so I could post this question, so I hope someone can answer it.
I bought the Eades vitamin formula -- Daily Regimen. I hoped to only have to worry about taking one thing (or, in this case, 4 pills in a little plastic package). I was very surprised to see that the formula only includes 38% of the magnesium and 3% of potassium daily requirements. Am I missing something? Does anyone else take Daily Regimen? If so, what do you add? Specifically, what amounts of magnesium and potassium do you take?
Thank you so much!

I'm a New Chapter fan (check them out (http://new-chapter.com/product/index.html)).
I can't comment on Eades in particular, but some New Chapter amounts are less than 100%, and the reason is that they believe it's more about interaction between vitamins-minerals, so they don't always agree with the RDA 100%. They may think less is the optimum amount when combined with other vitamins-minerals. The question was asked by many people because their calcium-magnesium is less than RDA 100%.
I tried many brands before totally settling on New Chapter. I can't recommend them highly enough because since using them for the past 10 years, I see steady results and keep it simple. I take one supplement (they have several choices: EveryMan, EveryWoman or target specific problems like allergies, diet and energy, etc.) - and their sleep aid. That's a good sign because before I seemed to be restlessly trying one thing after another with other brands. Great on the stomach too. You can buy New Chapter at Whole Foods or online at Amazon.com.
I see there's an Eades book mentioned in this post (http://forum.lowcarber.org/showthread.php?t=357247). Maybe they explain why in the book.
