Let me start by saying I am not someone who normally likes green beans. While in the store I discovered Green Giant Steamers. Most had sauce or higher carb veggies, but one was green beans and almonds with no sauce.
You take the beans and cook them in the package they are sold in. When finished you sprinkle the almonds on.
I added some Smart Balance Spread and some slivers of fresh coconut to mine after cooking. They came out amazing tasting. These have to be some of the best green beans I have ever had.
While not strictly a "low carb" specific product, it does fit into our diets. Induction phase would require you to leave the almonds off, but green beans are one of the allowed veggies. I just wanted to share.
