Just a few questions if anyone can help me out, please. I've started the low-carb diet and have been on it for four(?) weeks now. My period was just fine this time around compared to all the times before. Has anyone else noted anything of this sort? And also, I'm taking a multi, calcium, potassium, chromium and garlic everyday. But I am experiencing some joint/ ligament pain in my legs and feet. Granted they feel more energetic, but the pain is keeping me from enjoying much of it. Am I missing something that would account for the pain? Is dry facial skin a problem for any one else? I hadn't had this problem before either.

Magnesium. You can find supplements that contain calcium and magnesium in the correct ratios, and even calcium, magnesium and potassium combinations. Less pills to take!
