Yes there is and it is called Starbucks. Granted it may well
have some cream in it.

If a soda isn't carbonated, it's called a drink.

AFIK, carbonation isn't harmful and doesn't cause any
impairment to physical activity.

If someone could bottle plain tap water, they could sell it at
good markup.
