I hate animal fat.
So with low carb and the issue of too much protein and too little fat would avocado fat be a good substitue for animal fat. I could virtually live on fish and hamburger meat made from very lean mince. I can also eat plenty of avocado.
The fish I eat is all snapper and John Dory which I think is close to zero fat. I do put butter on the fish and the hamburger meat.

Fish, lean meat, and avocado would work, if that's what you enjoy.
The Taubes book talks about a group of New Zealanders that ate almost nothing but coconut and fish, and were astoundingly healthy.

Sounds ok to me. If you like them, you could also add in coconut milk and oil and nut butters which all have a nice high fat content.

Man, why do you hate the best part of the animal? It is SO flavorful!
Avocado fat is fine as far as I know,
