I used to have chocolate every day before I started Atkins. Now I get
a great chocolate hit from the following

2 heaped teaspoons of Green & Black's organic Cocoa
LARGE splosh of double cream
Candrel (or other sweetener) to taste (half or one teaspoon)
hot water

Put the cocoa in a large mug and pour on enough hot water to cover well.
Stir.
Add the cream and Candrel or sweetener
Stir
Top up with hot water.

Yummm...very rich and VERY chocolaty

Green and Blacks has 13g of carbs per 100g. The whole tub is 125g
I'm guessing the cocoa used here is less than 2g carbs.

I notice that Cadburys Bourneville Cocoa is 10g per 100g. Haven't yet tried
Cadburys.
