Not commercial Mayonnaise. However I have a great recipe (with a couple of additional seasonings) for making your own that I got from "The Yeast Syndrome" by John P. Trowbridge, MD. Hopefully you can tolerate eggs.
2 fresh eggs, room temperature
2 tablespoons (or a little less) fresh squeezed lemon juice, about 2 small or 1 large lemon
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp dried mustard (optional)
1 pinch cayenne pepper (optional)
1 1/14 cup oil (any oil you can tolerate, though Extra Virgin Olive oil is too strong a taste)
Blend the eggs, lemon juice, and seasonings thoroughly. While still blending, add the oil in a slow stream or it will not emulsify properly. When thickened you have mayonnaise. Refrigerate. Will keep for about a week.
Blessings,
Cecile

thanks for asking - and answering. I was just about to use mayonnaise yesterday, read the ingredients <sigh> and was debating what to do.
I'm going to give this recipe a try.

How does the taste of grapeseed oil compare to cold pressed safflower oil?

I'm not really a fan of safflower oil...grape seed oil is really nutty tasting. very yummy.

I'm still learning about some stuff and have found out about Apple Cider Vinegar that has the Mother still in it and that's it really good for folks like us, so I'm gonna look for it and try it in the mayonnaise. When I do I will let you all know how it works and tastes.

Hi Cecile,
Some people with candida have reactions even to unpasteurized apple cider vinegar. Let us know how you do on it! Hope you are able to tolerate it, because it is yummy!
