Hi S8ndr.
If you're looking for specially manufactured "low carb" branded food which is an imitation of non low carb food such as bread, cake, chocolate bars, etc, then the best place to look is in the larger chain chemists and health food stores, or on the internet.
However you will pay a fortune for what is often very little food and which can also be full of artificial chemicals and "sweeteners" and flavorings.
Much easier to find, much cheaper, and much more nutritious, is the food that is sold as it has been for the last hundred years in butchers, groceries and vegetable stands. Pork, Chicken, Eggs, Beef, cheese, butter, mackerel, cod, haddock, herring, full fat yogurt, cabbage, onions, leeks, hazelnuts, walnuts, tomatoes, dessicated coconut, olive oil, celery...etc.
If you're following a less restrictive low carb plan then you can include some fruits with such as apples, oranges etc and medium starch veggies like carrots and turnips, provided you don't overdo the volumes.
Eating food as low-processed and "close to the field" as possible means you are reducing the amount of processing, added chemicals, and costs. By the time most processed food gets to the supermarket shelf it has often been sterilised, heat treated, had anti-oxidants, emulsifiers and stabilizers added , been bleached and/or re-colored to standardize it's appearance and taste, and extend it's shelf life.
If you do have to buy convenience foods then the deep-frozen stuff is the next best to fresh. Often quite reasonably priced too.
Best of luck with the food hunt and bon appetit

I am not much of a one for using sauces but there are seveeral recipes in our recipes forum here http://forum.lowcarber.org/showthread.php?t=214626
Also Linda's low carb recipe site has lots of sauces -the induciton-legal ones are marked with *
http://genaw.com/lowcarb/misc_recipes.html
I did a google for the ingredients of HP brown sauce to see if it could be adapted for lowcarb
Ingredients: Malt Vinegar (from barley), Tomatoes, Molasses, Spirit Vinegar, Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Dates, Sugar, Salt, Modified Maize Starch, Rye Flour, Tamarind Extract, Spices, Onion Extract.Hmmmmm?!? Maybe mixing some malt vinegar, tomato paste, splenda or other 'legal' sweetener, onion salt and spices would result in a similar taste?
