hey does anyone have a good, lip biting recipe for beef heart??? i can't find one anywhere on this forum/site and i have two sitting in my freezer... i know someone has to have one...

I don't, but I generally get on google and search for recipes if I don't have one.

Do you know if you like heart, or do you just want to get the nutrition? If you just want the nutrition, you can grind some into ground beef and just use it like regular ground beef. I've heard that if you do 1/4 lb heart with 3/4 lb meat that the heart is pretty undetectable. Just use it to make burgers or meatloaf or whatever else you do with ground beef.

i had it in a stew and thought that it was just regular beef cubes.... liked it and thought i would try something different...

If I ever see any in the stores around here I trim the heart, cut it in strips and fry it in butter till just tender. Its good cold as a leftovers snack too.
