I think it's still called spaghetti squash...I went on to a UK website and that's what they were calling it....

Latin name is "Cucurbita Pepo"....but I think that name covers several different types. :yum:

If you do find it please post where, a couple of years ago someone said they had bought it at one of the large supermarkets but I havent been able to find it anywhere either!

I get these in Tesco - they're in season at the moment but its a bit hit and miss.
Try farmer's markets - you can def get them in the UK and they're really versatile

I got it in Tesco last year but haven't seen it since, will keep eye out, its fantastic with my homemade bolognese sauce :yum:
