Hi, I just posted some blood work numbers in my journal, have a look here (http://forum.lowcarber.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=22171&perpage=15&pagenumber=13) .
I thought this might encourage diabetics out there to persevere with their chosen LC plan. We (diabetics) can and will get our blood sugars under control if we faithfully low carb!!
