It's been 20 years since my diagnosis and I'm fast closing in on menopause. Are there any others who have the 'been there, done that' experience for a head's up on what to expect in the years to come? I have to wonder if menopause will be much different with PCOS than others who go through the change without it. :q:

Uh, I had to have a hysterectomy...

Sorry to let you in on that one. BUT, it was the best thing I ever did. I feel so much better. I have had laser hair removal though, and with this diet, no other symptoms are a problem.
