Hi All!
I'm starting the BFL program on Monday, 01 Oct. I have elevated TSH - about 4.95. What effect will the training have on my thyroid? What special nutritional needs must I cater to during the next 12 weeks?
I had gone off LC last month or so, and put on a whopping 10 pounds! I'm now 150 lbs at 5'4".
What are the minutiae that I should look out for?
