hi it would probably be impossible to ask my mom not to overly
cook any food, as malaysian diet here are all mostly fried.
her (and her grandchildren) mostly eat fried fish, curry
chicken, steamed peas, white rice, sausages, unsaturated palm
oil. what foods or supplements she can add to her diet to
minimize the 'dangerous' effects of such diet? what bout the
oil? should it be changed to coconut oil?

Yes, using coconut oil is best, but frying is a very bad idea
no matter what oil you use (assuming you are frying meat).
Beyond that, you would have to be more specific about the
diet. After all, if you ate tiny amounts of meat fried in any
oil, it would not be dangerous. It's best thought of as a
"toxin," and it's the dosage and what else you are eating that
matters (Ottoboni wrote a book with a title like, "It's the
dose that makes the poison," for example). You probably know
about antioxidant-rich foods, such as berries and dark
chocolate - it's best to each these kinds of foods, because
unlike some vegetables with good antioxidant properties, there
will be far less negative effects.

Hi, aren't you from the country where "Coconut Oil KILLS !!!"
people according to Mark Thorson's post from 2007/09/01 ? Look
what we have here - you are not using any coconut oil, what a
surprise ... Taka
