Okay, this is wildly off-topic and I hope the forum gods won't strike me dead, but can anyone tell me how to post a photo under my name?

I see so many members who have thier photos posted and I'd like to share mine. (This will, of course, be a "before" photo!)

Anyone who can tell me, please list step by step instructions.

Stormy, I moved your post to the Technical Questions forum - at the top of this forum you'll find a sticky about posting your photo (http://forum.lowcarber.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=11884) - Doreen has explained exactly how to go about it.
