Hi sonnya nice to meet you . Its pretty easy to doing lc eccept that i love and drink coffee all day and even though i use stevia sugar in it, im thinking that maybe caffine might be contributing to my weight & hunger .for me i have to make lc work again because of health & well being .I know that work and family stress and hectic hours can make it hard to stay motivated but it can be done. By the way if you would maybe like to meet some day i know modesto pretty well .

I know...giving up diet Pepsi will be very hard to give up..I know that's the only way to be successful in this journey.

Yes, I would love to get together...once I get my butt in gear and really start this. I'm going to get groceries tomorrow after work. Then I'll be hitting it hard. I want to do the hard three days starting Friday.so I'll be over the hardest part for work next week.

Did you really give up Diet Pepsi? I'd like to know, because I have 1 Diet coke per day. That's what gets me through the day. Kudos to you if you did. BTW I'm in the Hayward Area.
