Sept. 7th was my 4 month anniversary on Atkins and I've lost 40lbs on this WOL.
My total weightloss since trying to get fit is 51 lbs since the end of March 2007.
This is the least amount that I have weighed in 6 years.
I was wearing a size 22 jeans, 18/20 top and size 9 1/2-10 shoe...
I am now wearing a loose size 16 jean (or snug 14), an XL top and a size 8 1/2 -9 shoe.
My level of health, energy and self esteem have improved 110%. I can't begin to express how going LC has changed my life for the better!
