Just hoping someone can help me. I have this fat sludge around
my belly that I can't seem to get rid of. I do sit ups - maybe
100's of them. I have this belt vibration machine (my mom used
it and it seemed to help her) . I do bends from side to side.
I take 5 slimming tablets per day. My fat % is in the healthy
range i.e. around 28%. (dont want to be too skinny!!) my diet
is quiet good - in fact 3 vegetables every day and at least
one fruit. I go for frequent walks with my dog Fifi (my cocker
spaniel) - we walk around the block most days. I try to avoid
heavy exercise like jogging (I was told that your heart only
has so many beats over a life time and then it quits on you).
Anyone have any ideas for me? I'm looking for a 6 pack if
possible! Thanks in advance.

Walking at 60% to 70% of maximum heart rate for 1 to 2 hours 5
times a week you probably need to get that body fat down to
12% for that six pack to show. A healthy body fat level is in
the neighborhood of 15% depending on your age.
(I was told that your heart only has so many beats over a
life time and then it quits on you).
Don't tell Jack Lalane.

Dunno Sycochkn. 1 to 2 hours per day is a long time. On the
shoppping channel there are items like 'abcruncher' - they say
in only 3 minutes per day you can get a 6 pack -

I used to do roman chair situps and hyperextension with
weights. Abdominal exercises with resistance will make the
abdominal muscles larger. The walking reduces body fat.
