Aw, come on! I can't be the only person doing low carb in South Dakota! I was looking for someone that might know where to get certain food items that I can't find. I'm tired of paying huge S&H charges for one small bottle of something!

I don't know exactly what I'm looking for. Just something to get some variety. I'm back on nearly no carbs again to try and get out of that 2 week stall.
