Hi,
Does anyone have new version (2000 ?) of book,
I have first two, and was wondering if it's worth ordering the third, are there many changes ?
My book store says there not getting it untill July, so I'd have to order over net and pay more.

I just bought the new one. Appears to have more readily accessible information such as carb counter. I've just started reading it. I debated whether to purchase or not but decided there could be information that I could use or reread. Besides, Karen said it was good!!

I think the new edition is well worth adding to the collection of fine Atkins literature!

Hi,
This is my first post and third day back on Atkins after being off it for a year. As a goof I decided to buy the updated version of the book.
Wow, he has changed it quite a bit, and added new chapters. The major change is that he is totally anti Aspartame (No Crystal Light, No sugar free jello etc.) The other signifigant change is that he is much more vocal about the importance of exercise, and the necessity of drinking water. Also the Induction is a bit different than it used to be.
Definitely was a boost reading the new book

Karen and DameMeow are right the new book is great reading. It is much easier to follow than his last book. I am almost 1/2 way through and well worth the money.
