Where can i buy this in ontario??? Anyone?? I see a lot of ppl use it in recipes and i looked at loblaws for it and nothing... help

Erythritol is one of the sugar alcohols, but it causes the least gastroinstestinal upset of them all. Here is Wikipedia's entry, in which has a very good description of the substance:
