Nothing I eat today seem to make me feel full.
Maybe it's just because I'm tired and not feeling "energized" no matter what I do? I was tired like this yesterday but I wasn't able to sleep well last night.

Eat some fat.
When I get crazy hunger, I always know to shove some fat into my system or I'll lose control.
Harboiled egg w/ a plop of mayo on top...cheese...

ruthla the days when you are feeling constantly hungry means you are due for a whoosh ... on other forums long time ago we used to have a user who was disguised as the whoosh fairy lol ... anyway if you can take it stick to what you eat normally, and I bet you anything the whoosh fairy will visit you tonight

Nights before a woosh, I go to bed with a rumbly belly. I'm not starving, but I could eat. I'm usually too lazy too, and am rewarded with a nice loss the next day :D
