The scale is only saying I'm 5 pounds down ( still in induction) however my clothes are fitting looser and my face is slimming down. Anyway, a I ran into a friend today, whom I haven't seen since last April. Her exact words were " wow! you look so good!" as she looked me up and down wide eyed! Then, she said " have you just lost a lot of weight?" I said, I had just began on Atkins again and hadn't lost all that much. Apparently I must have really looked puffy ( before diet ) because she couldn't get over how much thinner my face looked and she said I just "generally looked smaller." yay me! :cool:
