I am stuck at 208 pounds! I am at a huge plateau.

Is there anything I can do to break it?

How long have you been at 208?

Maybe 2 weeks. I think maybe even more.

Dont let it get to you. It happens to all of us. I got stuck at 189 for 2 weeks, the next week I was up to 192! 3 weeks later Im at 183. Just dont lose heart. Keep pounding away and you WILL get there!

Have you introduced a new food into your diet in the last two weeks? Or maybe increased the amount of another food?

Your body may just be catching up to your weight loss (congrats, by the way!) or you may be losing inches. Do you measure yourself?

Fitday is a great tool to see how many carbs/calories you're really eating. When I'm stalled I enter it all in, just to see. You might be surprised.

How are your measurements and clothes fitting? A true stall is one that lasts 4 weeks or longer with no loss of weight OR body measurements. ;)

Bodies have intelligences of their own. Agree with all the suggestions above, and add that a real "stall" doesn't start counting until about a month or so.

Additionally: Depending on why you gained the weight, and how long you have been there, and probably a million other reasons, your body / soul / unconscious may have its own reasons for not being "thin" quite as fast as your posting intellect thinks it should be.

I know what you are going thru. I am on a 10 week stall. Just yesterday I started on adding more fat. I have 1/2 cup whipped cream with stevia and vanilla for breakfast. Today I stood on the scale and it has moved by 2 lbs. I am waiting until I've done this for a week to see if it has really started everything again.

In a nutshell... add fat.

I stall acouple of weeks before my monthly comes & then I start lossing again.

You may want to start a journal so that other can see what your eating & how you are exersizing & offer tips from there.

Good luck.
