I was wondering if there are any good online fast food carb guides that you can recommend. I'm trying to save time from having to go to each fast food place's site. Thanks for any help, Sandy

Thanks Everyone!!! I'm really excited about sticking with LC this time. Most of meals are not home cooked, so the more information I have, the better.

You are welcome! :) And something I just noticed about the site; you can browse brand names of foods, i.e. Oscar Mayer, find a specific lunch meat (or whatever) and then have it automatically entered into your Fitday account so that you don't have to do the work yourself! How cool is that??!!

Try www.calorieking.com It is a paid site, but for free you can search any place by name and it will list their most popular items.
Hope this helps!

Thanks again everyone. Hey, I dropped 3 pounds since starting yesterday. I know it is water, but I like the numbers on the scale anyway!! LOL I also just ran my bmi and realized that I am now "overweight"....yesterday I was obese.

Congratulations on your first milestone! :)
I just wanted to add that you can also find fast food information on the restaurants' own websites. At many of them (I'm sure of McDonald's, Wendy's, and BK) you can even customize an item to not include the bun, the croutons, the ketchup, etc.

Google Dottie's Weight Loss Zone. Dottie is someone who lost a lot of weight on Weight Watchers and she made this nice website about it. She has a restaurants section that has every chain restaurant under the sun and nutritional information for each.
It's useful for people adding up WW points but first it lists the basics - and one of those basics is carbs gms.
It might be called dwlz.com, don't remember. Google will direct you.
