Vitamin D is often known as the sunshine vitamin. Do you know why? Here's a true-or-false quiz to find out how much you know about vitamin D and why it is an important part of a well-balanced diet.

Needs more term definition than is provided in the actual statement. D2, D3, by natural means, how much is too much? There's a pretty darn wide safety range on D3.
