Yay! This is a very important mental milestone for me and I really wanted to share! I'm just excited hehe.

So, since June 5th of this year, I've lost a total of 51.7 pounds! 10 weeks (ish.. that's too much math for me... lol)!

I don't look all that different yet. Being the size that I am, 50 pounds is barely noticable, though my face shows it pretty well :) My clothes are loser and I needed a new bathing suit - man that felt good!

I've worked very hard at staying on plan, no cheat days! I've avoided the frankenfoods (such as bars, shakes and SF candies) completely. I do have sweet treats once in awhile, but they have been things like the cocoa meringue cookies, iced mocha lattes, Lc cheesecake (drools). All things that I have prepared myself using the least amount of chemically processed ingredients. I have to say that the Stevia Clear is my new best friend!

As for meats and fats, I eat a lot of beef, honestly. Sirloin burgers, steaks, etc, but I mainly eat chicken. My husband and I have come up with about 50 different ways to cook chicken so far, lol. I've also had fresh fish twice a week - tilapia or salmon.

I do eat about 10-12 carbs a day in veggies. Butter Lettuce and Romaine salads (not butter on the lettuce, but "butter lettuce"), broccoli with cheese, fauxtatoes, LC coleslaw and cucumber salad to go with my chicken satay with peanut sauce. Mmmmm.

I'm amazed (even still) at the delicious, amazing, healthy, filling foods that I eat every day and certainly don't feel like I'm on a diet! I eat about 1500-2000 calories a day so I'm certainly not starving!

Atkins rocks! :D

Ok, this has gone long enough now.. I'm just so excited! lol
