hi - can any one tell me what some of the best low carb items there are to get at trader joes. i live in montesano and will be making a trip out of town tomorrow to Bellevue and am going to stop in at trader joes and i think we will also be going to world market? (not sure if thats the right name). since all local stores within the area have so little to offer in low carb items i am hoping to stock up. thanks!
