I made this because I wanted good tasting, moist chicken for chicken salad, but it's great just as it is as a main course!

The final picture, obviously a lowfatter... did you see how little of the fabulous chicken they plated? poor poor lowfatters... :lol:

But I'll leave the skins on and probably cook them bone-in. Sounds good though, it's an interesting spice pairing.
