I tried to copy the table I had on another document but it wouldn't copy properly.

By my calculations I have gained one lb of muscle:
Start - 29 lbs fat & 88 lbs of Lean body mass
1 Month - 29 lbs fat & 89 lbs of Lean body mass

Anyway here are my stats after a month of BFL. I am pleased because I didn't think there would be any change at all! I am especially pleased w/ the loss of inches around my stomach. However, that can change w/ fluid retention. I hope the next 4 week stats continue to show loss in that area.

BTW, I am using the following formula to calculate body fat %:Hips + Thigh - 2 X Calf - Wrist = BF%

P.S. I have been mucking about w/ this for about half an hour trying to get my stats on one line for better comparison but it wasn't working so this will have to do.

Bobbie, I must have missed this early today.

WTG on the increased chest size and the smaller tummy ;) Growing muscle takes a lot of hard work, give yourself a pat on the back please!

I am very much looking forward to seeing what the next 8 weeks bring you. Keep up the great work
