I'm doing about an hour of either intense Tae Bo or dumbells and abs 6 days a week. The other day after my workout I felt like my skin was buzzing and I couldn't quite breath in enough air. I finally went and drank about a half cup of raw milk(from our own cow) and immediately felt better. Was comepletely OK after about 5-10 minutes from drinking the milk. So I'm thinking I may have needed to carbs that were in the milk. I'd been doing Atkin's Induction for 2 or 3 days at the time of this. Should I be eating more than 20 grams of carbs since I'm working out this hard? I've been doing Tae Bo for 3 months and that buzzing feeling has never happend until I low carbed this low.
Thanks for any input!

That early in Induction, I would expect some weirdness. It takes a while to become "keto-adapted."

I know people are able to get used to it, but it's quite possible you'd lose some performance until it happens. I think it takes a few weeks.

Thanks Ysabella, it helps to know that my body is still adjusting. I figured after 2 days that's it, but the feeling I had felt like every last ounce of glucose was pulled out of my body with nothing else to burn. Yuck, bad feeling!

Maybe, but I just want to say how jealous I am that you have your own cow!

We just decided to go for it and get a cow even though we don't own our land. We've had to move to a new rental with her, and I'm telling you, she finds us the best places to live! It's do-able to have a milk cow. They are very easy to fence, they don't need a lot of shelter, and even with the cost of feeding her hay and a little grain, she still cuts our food bill in half.
Everyone should have a milk cow. Or atleast share one. :)

We just got chickens, but only have a 15' x 30' lot in the city. Not sure that a cow would work very well. Someday!
