I started out in the first week in January just under 300 lbs. I knew I needed to something because I went to a size 48 waist, which I swore to myself I would never do. I've lost 27 pounds so far mainly by cutting out breads, pasta, rice, sweets, etc. I've maintained a sensible diet and feel much better about myself. My main goal is to get at 200 or under and maintain it. I told my wife that by the end of the year I will be able to fit in the suit I got married in 11 years ago. I know if I stay disciplined and just say no to high carb foods, I can do it. I'm currently under 20 grams of Carbo a day. If anyone has any knowledge of all the Low Carb pills that are on the market today, please post a reply and let me know what you think of them. For me, there's alot out there and I'm not sure which ones are safer than others. Thanks and I look forward to hearing from all of you.

I've gotten down 30 lbs finally!!!! I was very excited this morning after I weighed. I only have 70 more lbs to go and I have til the end of the year to make it. I know I can and I will lose the weight and keep it off, which is the most important thing. If anybody would like to reply with their weight lose progression, please feel free to. I usually check it in the late evenings. Good luck to everyone out there and God Bless America!!!!!!!
