how much Carbs are in gelatine (the ones I use to make a Pannacotta for example)?
And can I eat Jelly?

I don't know about the gelatin, but they Jelly is definately out, full of sugar. You might be able to do some of the all fruit preserves if you are on a high enough rung of the Atkins ladder.

Gelatine has no carbs. If by "jelly" you mean the gelatine dessert, and not the stuff you spread on bread, you can eat it as long as you stick to the sugar free types. :)

Ooooops, yes, that's what I mean wth Jelly, probabl more known as JELL-O with you guys.
And if Gelatin has no carbs, I can do an italian pannacotta (cream dessert) with Splenda - cool! Will share recipes if it works.

As far as I know all the jelly on sale in UK is sweetened with aspartame, which Dr Atkins advised us to avoid, so I use unflavoured gelatine with splenda or Davinci sugarfree syrup (splenda-sweetened) instead.
