Just wondering if there is anyone out there on pre-maintenance - I really should be doing it now myself, but finding it hard. Overdid the carb increase the first week I tried and felt awful, then after some advice, just increased the veggies.
But I'm now finding it very hard to bring myself to make any more increases. I think I'm worried that if I do, I'll never reach that target.
Did consider a bit of cheating - get to target, then switch to pre-maintenance. So, if I did lose more weight, it would be a bonus.
So if anyone is at this stage, I'd love to hear how you're doing it and how you're coping with the carb increase.
