Hi everyone....
Don't credit me with this discovery because I didn't find it, I just want to tell everyone how awesome this at home workout series is and how it is really kicking my already in shape ass....into being knock-out super sexy super fit and tight.

I buy them on Amazon cuz they're a little bit cheaper....but everyone should at least try the "Get Ripped" series with Jari Love. Woah. If you've hit a plateau, this'll knock you out of it. If you've got a stubborn jiggly area, this'll tighten it up in no time.
I thought that I was going to have to visit a personal trainer because I'm at a healthy weight, however I just want to be tight and visibly toned and I didn't think I'd ever get there with the tapes and dvd's I have at home. I felt like I hit a fitness plateau....but i bought a few of these tapes and holy crow. They're really tough, but really worth it.
Fitness Magazine actually rated her Get Ripped dvd the best total body tone up dvd of the year.

Just spreading the good news!

Happy trails :agree:

I haven't tried these workouts and I've been working out at home since 1985. Started with the original Jane Fonda, if you can believe that, then moved onto The Firm workouts. For the past 5 years we've been doing the Cathe workouts, some of which are pretty darned tough.

Anyone tried both the Cathe Power Hour and the Get Ripped? I'd like to hear the difference. Thanks.
